I am a qualified Humanistic psychotherapist, and I am based in convenient Practice rooms in Hove. I offer a warm-non-judgemental safe space where clients are empowered to be their authentic selves.
I work in a person-centred way with adults of all ages to uncover and understand individual and unique reasons for actions, behaviours and responses.
My practice is rooted in Person-centred theory where a client’s needs are considered. I work in a way that will facilitate a strong, respectful trusting relationship where a client feels they can begin to work through their issues and find solutions in life that work for them.
I can help with stress and anxiety, depression, relationship problems, divorce and separation, fears and phobias, panic disorder, menopause issues and low self esteem.
I also have experience in supporting cancer patients, having volunteered for Macmillan in Brighton and Chichester. I have also worked with adults with Autism and also their wider family.
